3.    The ss rewrite the outline based on one’s stand according to the topic given after the discussion.

A model essay entitled, “There are more advantages to live in the city than in the countryside.”
Reflection
They managed to write a suitable thesis statement. The supporting details needed to be improved by giving concreate examples and facts.

Reflections
4K1: The tr gave a lot of examples to enable the students generate their own ideas. It was more difficult for them to think of sour, salty and spicy experience because they were not clear with the feelings for these tastes of life, though explanation was been given.
4K7: The students responded actively during the discussion. However, they were blurred with most of the tastes of life except for sweet experiences.

Time management was poor. Overall, ideas given were not sufficient to show one’s mature thinking in handling the situations provided.  The lack of fluency pampared the coherence of the speech for three out of the seven students.

More than 50% of the  ss were able to match the literal meaning correctly. They, somehow, facing problems in relating their life to the figurative meaning of the poem. They needed a lot of explanation to follow the lesson.
